Would give 10 stars if possible. No nonsense, straight to the point, great prices and even better staff. Ask for Mike and Danny when you get here for a superb experience.

I just had the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! After searching for several months for just the right vehicle, I discovered C3 Auto, and I’m so glad I did! When I met Larry, the owner, I felt so at ease talking to him. I later realized that this was not just another dealership for pr...ofit, but was a company that provides an invaluable service to our community. Danny was amazing in the whole process, answering all my questions, and addressing all my concerns, and going above and beyond my expectations to offer a great deal on our trade-in and vehicle purchase. Signing the paperwork was simple and took only a few minutes instead of hours, and there were no added fees. We are now the very satisfied owners if a 2007 Chrysler Aspen, which is so beautiful and pristine inside and out! I strongly recommend that everyone in need of a quality used vehicle go to C3 Auto first, especially single mom’s and those who need first vehicles for a son or daughter! 10/10 recommend!!! I had such an amazing experience with C3 Auto, Danny and another gentleman worked together to find the perfect vehicle for me and my family of four and the BEST deal! He made sure I drove something new (to me) off the lot same day. This place has an all around friendly & family or...iented atmosphere and I will always recommend c3Auto to everyone. Danny has personally checked on me even months after to make sure things are going good with my new ride. I love that! All of the C3auto crew felt like family, no pushy oddball salesman here! This is the place you need to consider when looking for a car. I bought my first car here about 5 years ago. My father bought a car from them in the past 2 years. I recently had an accident. I needed a new vehicle and C3Auto was the first place in mind. So as you can guess, this is where I got my se...cond car from. My sister needed a new vehicle. Guess what. She got it from here. The best part is that every single time we bought a car from them. They treated us like family. From my personal experience ^ they always keep it real with us on the prices and how everything works. They are nothing like the stereotypical car place that goes and hides from you more than half the time. You are there with them through the whole process. They also have the sweetest dogs ever! There are so many great things I can say about this place but that would take up way to much space on this site. So I will end it here. You will not regret going to C3Auto. Show more

I needed a low-cost 2500 pickup truck and found an amazing price online at this dealership. The price was too good to be true and the vehicle was just what I was looking look. When I arrived at the lot the vehicle was exceptionally clean and appeared well maintained. The staff was very professional ...and had me on the road quickly with my vehicle. I have now been driving the vehicle for nearly a week and not a single issue. Also the financing they offered was incredible. I checked the rates before I arrived and the deal they got me was better than what I could find own my own. If you need a great deal on a vehicle you can trust these guys. No surprises with hidden fees. They let you know everything up-front before you get to the final contract. Show more

I worked with Brian on a vehicle that was perfect for me and my family but also absolutely at the peak of our budget. Also, don't live in the Plano area, so we had to deal almost entirely by phone. Brian allowed me to honestly tell him what I could do between bringing money to the table and getting... value out of my current vehicle. I wanted to be conscious of what C3Auto needed to profit on the vehicle while also being forthright about our ability to make an offer. Brian and owner, Larry, were patient and not pressuring. They were clear about wanting my business AND understood my position. When they were able to work out a price we could do, I drove 6 hours to them (sandwiched around 4 hours sleep), not out of desperation, but because I wanted to honor the way they did business by getting money in their hands immediately. I had already told Brian earlier in our dealings that, even if we couldn't work it out, it had already been among my best experiences in shopping for a vehicle. Show more
