People treating people like people. Gotta love it. From top to bottom, this is a respectable company and it's evident in the staff they hire. "This car is perfect for you", "This one will be gone by the end of the week". You're not going to hear this type of typical sales jargon at C3 Auto. I bought a car from here 1 year from now and I am glad to say that the car still runs perfectly fine like when I first bought it and I use it as a daily driver. I was a first time car buyer and had been looking all over for about 6months but my only options were to get a brand new car or paying a ri...diculous amount every 2 weeks until I came here. Walking in this dealership is as if you are walking into your relatives house because everyone treats you like family. I was able to get a nice car for a way affordable price and low monthly fee. C3 is a great place to do business. I bought my daughter’s first car there three years ago and it was a great car that she loved. It got totaled in an accident last month - my daughter was rear ended so hard she was pushed into another vehicle. We went back to C3 searching for something to repla...ce it and they remembered us and they went above and beyond to show us options that worked for my daughter’s needs and worked with our budget. When my daughter came in, Danny stayed late to let her test drive the options and explain how the options compared in terms of price, maintenance costs, etc. When the insurance company did not get us our settlement on time, they worked with us and held the car with a deposit. They offered us a fair price, service was excellent, and Danny, Brian and Nichole went out of their way to make this a great experience for me and my daughter. We asked for a few minor fixes on the vehicle and they were handled without fuss or hassle and when we went to pick up the car it was whistle clean with a full tank of gas. The paperwork took minutes not hours and they walked my daughter through it step by step. C3 is absolutely where you want to go to buy a quality used vehicle, to be treated like family and do business in a hassle free environment. They cared about us and what we needed and that my daughter found a safe, reliable car she could afford. Show more

My Husband & I went to C3 in Plano to look for a car. We saw the Lexus and test drove it. The car was amazing and so we decided to purchase it. Danny helped us with out test drive and answered all of our questions. We met Larry, the owner, and he was super nice too. We felt totally comfortable and h...appy with out purchase. They treated us like family. No high pressure salesman and no dragging out the process all day! We highly recommend this dealership. You will be so happy you purchased from them. All of their cars are well cared for and are cars that people want to buy, not clunkers. These are high quality vehicles. Take my advice and give them a try when you are ready to buy. Went on a Sunday and the lot was closed. The owner happened to be there by chance and was kind enough to open the gates and allow me to walk the lot. Found multiple vehicles well maintained. I had previous bad experience with a dealership so Larry recommended a mechanic to have the car checked out and when I told him the recommendation of the mechanic we worked out a fair deal and he has agreed to do the recommend m...aintenance repairs.
